BE THERE LOCAL offers low priced ads to local businesses on the same page as their community calendar. Larger Corporations may contact us about becoming a Benefactor.

Thanks for considering being part of the Be There Local community. Your ads allow the Non Profit organizations to advertise for free. It is well documented how difficult targeted ads can be, especially on the internet. Ads here on BE THERE LOCAL are seen as a support to the community, available 24/7 and only are seen by people interested in doing things in your location.
On the calendar page for your location, we have several dropdown lists for advertisers. The categories are: Dine Local, Shop Local and Other. When a visitor to our local calendar clicks on one of these categories, a list of Sponsors drops down. Your business name will be there, and clicking on your business name will bring up an info box about you – Your hours, address, website link, a picture of your business, and your particular vibe – it’s up to you!
Sponsorship in BE THERE LOCAL is pretty simple. After filling out the Sponsor Inquiry above, and if you meet the criteria we will email your ID, the password you have chosen and steps to access your account. The fee for advertising is $50 per month with the paypal information on your account page. You can get to that page by logging in on the menu above.
We think it is extremely important that businesses and non-profit organizations have a shared method of advertising.
Because we expect children as well as adults looking at our calendars, we only accept ads from businesses that are kid friendly. If you sell adult content or materials, we cannot accept your ads. We do not accept political ads, or ads for groups that discriminate or display hateful messages. We only accept local ads.
